We understand that taking the next step in your career is an important time for you. We also recognise that you have a number of choices about which organisations you decide to consider as part of this process. Our Candidate Care Charter is designed to ensure that, if you include Woolworths as a potential future employer, you receive the very best service and support throughout your Recruitment & Selection process.

What you can expect from us:

When you apply online you’ll receive acknowledgement of your application, this will then be reviewed and within 2 working days you will be informed of the outcome.

  • If taken forward, a Woolworths' Resourcing Advisor will call you to conduct a telephone interview.
  • If successful you’ll be invited to attend an Assessment Centre or an interview.
  • You’ll receive regular phone calls to give you support and information ahead of meeting us.
  • Within 24 hours of your Assessment Centre or interview you will be given feedback and advised of the next stage of your process.
  • If successful you will be supported through any potential job offers by your Woolworths contact.
  • Whilst waiting to join Woolworths you will receive regular updates from your Woolworths contact.
  • Regular contact will be maintained throughout your induction period and post appointment.
