The Customer Contact/Call Centre provides key support for not only all our customers but also key areas throughout the business including legal, Insurance and all business units. The Contact/Call Centre manages a wide range of support to stores and customers via telephone/email/letters for a variety of reasons such as Orders/Queries/Quality Issues/Incidents & Accidents to name just a few!

The Contact/Call Centre has a fast paced and vibrant atmosphere where there are always new challenges! There are a wide range of opportunities available due to the diversity of the centre supporting both customers and stores.
What will I need?

Salary - £12,600 per annum
Please note that all of our Customer Service Advisor roles are based at our Contact/Call Centre which is located in Castleton, Rochdale in Lancashire.
