The Bigger Picture: How does distribution and supply chain fit into the business?

How do you define busy? Well, imagine over 800 stores each selling a diverse product range, selecting from up to 150,000 different lines, all wanting their orders delivered the following day. Imagine a continuous supply of deliveries from suppliers across the world, all wanting their products unloaded and checked. Just an ordinary day in the life of our distribution department. Our job is to ensure a rapid turn around and delivery of products on an almost daily basis.

Where might I fit into the distribution and supply chain team?

There are a variety of roles in display for talented individuals at all stages in their careers. These may be in our Head Office, or at any of our distribution centres in Castleton, Swindon and Bedford.

What will I need?
