The Bigger Picture: How does Quality Assurance fit into the business?

Quality assurance is vital to our business operations. Our QA team provides technical support to ensure that all our products meet or exceed mandatory safety and legal standards, whilst complying with company quality, environmental and ethical requirements and policies. A key task is to audit new and existing national and international suppliers and manufacturers. By implementing QA procedures, from specifying and testing new products through monitoring and investigating faulty goods, our QA professionals ensure that quality is 'built in' - even down to ensuring that packaging and labelling information is correct.

Where might I fit into the Quality Assurance team?

There are a variety of roles in this team for QA professionals at all stages in their careers. These positions work across specific product areas and are based in our London head office.

What will I need?
