Retail Operations provide a key support between Head Office and our retail stores, supporting and challenging all areas of our business.

Where might I fit into the retail operations function?

There are a variety of roles supporting our stores on a daily basis through the internal call centre, ensuring our retail colleagues have an effective interface with the commercial and distribution teams. There are also a number of positions working in partnership with the property and commercial teams to ensure tactical and strategic change programmes are implemented effectively.

What will I need?

The team works in a fast paced and ever changing environment, ensuring we are continually improving in our retail stores.
