Selection Process
Our main priority is to place you in a role into which you can succeed and prosper. Obviously, to build a successful career with us, you will need to like us and we will need to like you. We will both need to share common values, beliefs and passions.
To help both of us make the right choice and to make sure that our choice is based solely on merit, we have gone to great lengths to identify key specific competencies, which are necessary to perform the role successfully. These skills have been identified in existing successful employees. For some posts, you may need a professional or technical qualification.
How does it work? Across our business operations, we have different recruitment processes. Initially, your application will be acknowledged and then pre-screened - if you pass this screening process, you will normally be invited to an interview and/or assessment day (which has been designed to be a mutually beneficial and enjoyable experience).
