Store Managers

Sometimes, it can be lonely at the top. We understand and appreciate that. That's why we will give you all the support you need from Area Manager level and a network of like-minded Store Managers to use as a sounding board for your ideas and new initiatives. On a day-to-day basis:

• You will:
  
• set and deliver demanding but achievable targets for sales, profits and store standards
• lead by example, develop and motivate your team, ensuring they reach their full potential
• take personal responsibility to provide the best possible customer experience
• effectively communicate the relationship between store/customer experience and sales/profit.

• You should have:
  
• at least two years' experience of running a significant retail operation
• the ability to analyse store data to understand performance, identify trends and grasp opportunities
• experience in managing team performance, maintaining a coaching culture
• the ability to set, communicate and deliver short, medium and long term plans across levels.

And because our growth plans are UK-wide - and our stores range in size from 2,000 to 100,000 sq ft - you'll need to be flexible about location to take full advantage of future career opportunities.
