Service Team Leaders

As a Service Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a group of Sales Colleagues in a fast-moving, friendly environment, ensuring that they deliver the highest standard of customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge.

This highly rewarding, 'hands on' role offers you the first step on the management ladder.

To succeed as a Service Team Leader, you'll need to be enthusiastic, customer focused with proven retail experience, have first class inter-personal and influencing skills and be ready for the next challenge in your career. For some posts, we may ask for specific experience in entertainment, toys, kid's wear or home products.
